Welcome to Saraswati Nation – your platform for private tutoring and homework help. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Saraswati Nation and you as a customer, user, or tutor. By using our platform and services, you accept these terms.
1. About Saraswati Nation
Saraswati Nation provides teaching, learning programmes, and homework assistance to children, young people, and adults in both physical and online formats. Our platform connects students with tutors and offers an administrative system (dashboard) where both parties can manage courses and communication.

3. Formation of Agreement
A legally binding agreement is entered into when:
- You order a service via our website, email, or phone
- You create a user profile
- You pay (in full or in part) for a service
All agreements are confirmed in writing via email. Saraswati Nation reserves the right to refuse or terminate cooperation in the event of a breach of these terms.
4. Courses, Tutoring Services and Digital Products
Saraswati Nation offers private tutoring, online courses, downloadable educational materials, audio lessons, video lessons, study guides, ebooks, worksheets, and other digital learning resources.
4.1 Tutoring Services
Teaching sessions may take place online or in person and are scheduled directly with the tutor or through Saraswati Nation. Unless otherwise agreed, a standard lesson lasts 60 minutes.
4.2 Online Courses
Online courses are delivered through the Saraswati Nation learning platform. Access is granted through a personal user account. Course access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
4.3 Digital Products
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
- Online courses
- Video lessons
- Audio lessons
- Downloadable PDFs
- Worksheets
- Study guides
- Flashcards
- Educational software and tools
- Other digital educational content
Digital products are delivered electronically and become available immediately or shortly after payment has been completed.
4.4 User Accounts
Certain products require the creation of a user account. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Saraswati Nation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, unauthorized sharing of content, fraud, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
5.1 Student Cancellation
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For late cancellations or no-shows, the lesson is considered delivered and payment is not refunded.
5.2 Tutor Cancellation
The tutor must also cancel in good time. Repeated no-shows without valid reason may result in termination of cooperation with Saraswati Nation.
6. Payment and Prices
6.1 Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, MobilePay, card payment, or invoice.
6.2 Non-payment
In the event of non-payment or late payment, reminders are sent with an additional reminder fee. Continued non-payment will be referred to debt collection.
6.3 Price Changes
Saraswati Nation reserves the right to adjust prices, but agreements already entered into retain the price valid at the time of ordering.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
7.1 Tutoring Services
Private consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If a tutoring session has begun with the customer’s prior consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost in accordance with applicable law.
7.2 Digital Products and Online Courses
By purchasing digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, audio content, video content, or other digital educational resources and requesting immediate access, the customer expressly consents to the commencement of delivery immediately after purchase.
The customer acknowledges that access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase and that any applicable statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has commenced.
Accordingly, purchases of digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, audio lessons, video lessons, and similar digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
7.3 Exceptional Refunds
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Saraswati Nation may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or replacements in exceptional circumstances, including technical issues that prevent access to purchased content.
8. Use of Platform and Dashboard
As a user, you have access to a dashboard where you can:
- Manage profile information
- Manage teaching ads (create, modify, delete)
- Communicate with tutors or students
Tutors are required to respond to student enquiries within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in temporary suspension of their profile.
Saraswati Nation reserves the right to:
- Moderate and filter messages
- Contact senders in cases of misuse or spam
- Store or delete messages in accordance with data-protection rules
It is prohibited to send unsolicited commercial messages via the platform.
9. Liability and Warranty
Saraswati Nation acts as an intermediary between student and tutor. We:
- Strive for high academic quality but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
- Are not responsible for individual agreements made outside the platform
- Disclaim liability for technical issues that may arise during online teaching
The user is responsible for having suitable and adequate equipment for online courses.
10. User Conduct
All users agree to behave respectfully and in accordance with applicable law.
It is prohibited to:
- Misuse the platform for commercial purposes without permission
- Provide false information
- Engage in discriminatory or offensive behaviour
Violations may result in immediate exclusion from the platform.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through Saraswati Nation, including but not limited to courses, videos, audio recordings, texts, worksheets, quizzes, study guides, downloadable materials, graphics, logos, software, and educational resources, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Saraswati Nation ApS or its licensors.
Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use purchased content for their own educational purposes.
Customers may not:
- Share account credentials with others
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content
- Upload course materials to third-party websites or file-sharing services
- Record, download, or redistribute content except where explicitly permitted
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to legal claims.
12. Changes to Terms
Saraswati Nation may change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Complaints and Disputes

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are governed by Danish law and settled by the Danish courts.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you accept by using Saraswati Nation’s services.
